Tiramisu Overnight Oats

Overnight oats are the GOAT.

Convenient, easy to make, and keep me full and energized for hours.

This one is a slight labor of love- ( still talking under 15 mins total) but it is totally worth it!!

Tiramisu Overnight Oats 🔥🔥

Ingredients :

  • 4 Scoops Legion Vanilla Whey ( code: AshleyR at checkout to save 20% or double legion points)

  • 2 Servings of Instant coffee 

  • 297 g Greek Yogurt 

  • 6 tbsp Neufchatel Cheese

  • 2 cups oatmeal 

  • 2.5 cups milk (liquid of choice) 

  • 2 tbsp stevia sugar ( or sugar substitute of choice) 

  • 2 tbsp vanilla extract 

  • Cocoa powder 

Instructions:

  1. Mix together 2 cups of milk with 2 servings of instant coffee- set to side

  2. In a large bowl combine: oats, coffee, and protein powder - set to side 

  3. In a blender - blend Neufchatel cheese, milk, vanilla extract, and sugar 

  4. Layer in 4 jars of Oat mixture, cream, oat mixture, cream 

  5. Top with a sprinkle of cocoa powder

  6. Store in Fridge for up to 7 days
