Tiramisu Overnight Oats
Overnight oats are the GOAT.
Convenient, easy to make, and keep me full and energized for hours.
This one is a slight labor of love- ( still talking under 15 mins total) but it is totally worth it!!
Tiramisu Overnight Oats 🔥🔥

40 g Carb
44 g Protein

Ingredients :
4 Scoops Legion Vanilla Whey ( code: AshleyR at checkout to save 20% or double legion points)
2 Servings of Instant coffee
297 g Greek Yogurt
6 tbsp Neufchatel Cheese
2 cups oatmeal
2.5 cups milk (liquid of choice)
2 tbsp stevia sugar ( or sugar substitute of choice)
2 tbsp vanilla extract
Cocoa powder
Instructions:
Mix together 2 cups of milk with 2 servings of instant coffee- set to side
In a large bowl combine: oats, coffee, and protein powder - set to side
In a blender - blend Neufchatel cheese, milk, vanilla extract, and sugar
Layer in 4 jars of Oat mixture, cream, oat mixture, cream
Top with a sprinkle of cocoa powder
Store in Fridge for up to 7 days
