Fit like A mother membership
For moms who want to feel strong, energized, and confident again, without spending hours in the gym or giving up foods they love.
Fit Like a Mother is a strength-first coaching membership designed to help you rebuild energy, confidence, and physical capability without crash dieting, obsessive tracking, or living in the gym.
This is about training smarter ,not just less, so you can stay strong, capable, and consistent through the chaos of motherhood without losing who you are in the process.
You don’t need to start over.
You need a system that evolves with you.
Motherhood doesn’t just take your time; it disrupts your rhythm.
Between work, kids, and the nonstop mental load, your training and nutrition no longer feel intentional. What used to be automatic now feels scattered, inconsistent, and frustrating.
I know this because I’ve lived it.
Waking up already tired.
Knowing what to do… but not having the bandwidth to execute it.
Feeling disconnected from the strong, capable version of yourself you used to trust.
Fit like a Mother was built for this exact season. To help you rebuild strength, energy, and confidence with systems that respect your life now, not the one you had before.
You don’t need more motivation.
You need a plan that fits.
let’s be honest….
Have you caught yourself thinking:
“I don’t recognize myself anymore.”
“I know what to do… why can’t I stay consistent?”
“Nothing works the way it used to.”
You’re not broken.
You’re in a different season.
Fit Like a Mother isn’t another workout program.
It’s a coaching membership built for women who want to feel strong, capable, and confident again, without forcing their old routines into a life that no longer supports them.
Inside Fit like a Mother, you’ll:
Train with short, effective workouts designed for real-life schedules
Eat in a way that supports strength and energy without restriction or obsession
Rebuild consistency through simple systems, not willpower
Develop habits that hold up. Even when life is chaotic and unpredictable
This is where you stop starting over and start building momentum.
Enter Fit Like a Mother.
You and I probably have more in common than you think.
I’m Ashley — a mom, athlete, and coach who knows what it’s like to carry a lot at once. I love my life, but I also know how easy it is to slowly lose yourself in the middle of it.
Motherhood has a way of teaching us how to give endlessly, often without leaving much for ourselves. And when you’ve always taken pride in being strong, capable, and disciplined, that disconnect can hit even harder.
That’s why I created Fit like a Mother — not as another program, but as a system that allows you to show up fully for your life without disappearing inside it.
Now imagine this:
⭐You wake up and feel grounded in your body again — strong, capable, and confident.
⭐You move through your day with energy instead of burnout.
⭐You train with intention, not guilt.
⭐You enjoy meals with your family (including pizza night) without second-guessing yourself.
This isn’t about becoming someone new.
It’s about coming back to yourself.
You already have enough to think about.
You shouldn’t have to spend your limited energy trying to piece together workouts, nutrition, and motivation
only to feel like it’s still not working.
Inside Fit like a Mother, the guesswork is removed.
The structure is built.
You just show up.
1. Strength Training That Fits Your Life
Every workout is designed to be:
15–30 minutes, start to finish
Focused on building strength, supporting fat loss, and improving energy
Flexible enough to do at home or in the gym, depending on your schedule
No fluff. No wasted time. Just effective training that works in real life.
2. Nutrition That Supports Consistency (Not Perfection)
Inside FLAM, nutrition is practical, flexible, and sustainable:
You’ll learn how to eat foods you enjoy without guilt or restriction
Fuel your body for strength, energy, and satisfaction
Use simple meal strategies that work for you and your family
This isn’t about following a rigid plan; it’s about learning a system you can actually maintain.
3. Mindset + Habit Systems That Break the Cycle
Consistency isn’t a motivation problem; it’s a systems problem.
Inside FLAM, we focus on:
Letting go of all-or-nothing thinking
Building habits that hold up when life gets chaotic
Creating momentum through small, repeatable wins
The result? Progress that feels steady…. not exhausting.
4. Coaching, Support, and Accountability
You don’t have to do this alone.
Inside the membership, you’ll get:
Access to a private community of moms who understand this season
Direct coaching and guidance from me — a certified trainer and nutrition coach who lives this life too
Regular check-ins to help you stay focused, supported, and moving forward
This is accountability that feels supportive, not overwhelming.

Imagine this…
You wake up feeling rested — not because life is calm, but because your body is supported.
You move through your day with steady energy.
You wear clothes you love without second-guessing.
You feel confident in your body — not because it’s perfect, but because it’s strong.
You’re no longer just getting through the day.
You’re showing up — for your family and for yourself.
This isn’t a “someday” goal.
It’s what happens when you stop guessing — and start following a system that works.
This is Fit like a Mother.
Meet women inside the Fit Like a Mother membership.
Catherine is a full-time working mom of two who was tired of restrictive diets, inconsistent workouts, and feeling disconnected from her body. She wanted more energy, consistency, and confidence, without adding more stress to her already full life.
Here’s what she shared after joining FLAM:
“My biggest takeaways were being held accountable for better nutrition choices, increasing daily movement in realistic ways, and learning how to prep food even when plans change. These shifts helped me feel better, increase my energy, lose weight and inches, and feel more confident in my body.”
No more second-guessing your workouts.
No more bouncing from diet to diet.
only to end up frustrated and exhausted.
Meet Amanda.
Before Fit Like a Mother, Amanda was doing CrossFit and chasing the latest fad diets. Then life shifted. Kids happened. Work got heavier. Even getting to a gym class started to feel impossible.
She was used to following a structured plan — and suddenly felt lost without one. On top of that, she was trying to stick to a 1,200-calorie diet that left her drained, frustrated, and riddled with guilt whenever she tried to enjoy life.
Fast forward.
Amanda now has a simple, effective workout routine she can do anywhere — because flexibility matters when you’re a mom. She’s eating more food, losing weight, and feeling confident in her choices.
She enjoys ice cream with her kids — without guilt — because she understands how to fuel her body and stay consistent.
That’s what Fit Like a Mother is about.
Not restriction.
Not perfection.
But feeling strong, confident, and in control again.
Real Moms. Real Results.
“Down 7 lbs — and fit into jeans that didn’t fit before!”
— Colleen
“I’ve always wanted change but usually self-sabotaged. Ashley listens, explains everything without judgment, and gives tough love backed by real facts. I went from dreading the grocery store to actually enjoying it — and choosing foods that support me.”
— Tiffany
“I’ve tried everything. This is the first time I can honestly say I’ve made a real lifestyle change — something I couldn’t do alone before.”
— Catherine
“I had zero confidence and none of my clothes fit. Now I feel like myself again — confident, stronger, and healthier. My digestion has improved, my clothes are loose, and I still enjoy foods I love without issues.”
— FLAM Member
“Thank you for reminding me that I can still do this — even when I felt like I was carrying the weight of the world.”
— Jen

FAQs
What if I don’t have time?
Fit Like a Mother was built for this exact concern. Workouts are 15–30 minutes and designed to fit into real schedules — not ideal instagram ones. Consistency matters more than perfection here.
Do I need a gym membership?
No. You can complete workouts at home with minimal equipment, or take them to the gym if that’s what works best for you. The system is flexible by design.
Will I have to give up my favorite foods?
Absolutely not. FLAM focuses on balance, education, and sustainability, not restriction. You’ll learn how to enjoy foods you love while still making progress.
What if I’ve struggled to stay consistent in the past?
That’s exactly why this membership exists. FLAM is built around systems, structure, and support, not willpower or motivation alone.
