Hi, I’m Ashley 👋🏼
After nearly a decade working in the corporate fitness world, I finally took the leap and started Fitness By Ashley—built on the belief that fitness and nutrition shouldn’t feel like punishment or pressure.
There’s a lot of noise in the fitness industry (hi, overwhelm 🙃), and I know how confusing it can be to figure out what actually works.
That’s why I created FBA: a coaching space shaped by my athletic background, my busy real-life schedule, and my deep belief that movement and balanced meals should be part of your everyday life—without the guilt, chaos, or extreme dieting.
Now, I help people like you build strength, confidence, and habits that last. I give you the tools, support, and accountability to finally feel good again—in your workouts, your clothes, and your own skin.
When I’m not working with my amazing clients or lifting in the gym, you’ll find me chasing after my toddler, cuddling my rescue pups, and building a life I love with my husband, Chris.

This plan is tailored to fit your busy schedule. Whether you have time to work out 3 days a week or 5 days a week, I build your programming plan so it works for YOU. Flexibility is the key to sustainable results. When it works for YOU, you’re more likely to stick to the plan.
I'm a complete beginner (or I'm very experienced). Is The Bundle suitable for my fitness level and specific goals?
Yes! The Bundle is completely personalized, so whether you’re brand new to fitness or have been in the game for a while, you’re in good hands.
I've tried programs before and haven't been able to stick with them long-term. How is The Bundle different, and how can I be sure I'll see lasting results?
Here’s some tough love. The results will come when you put in the work. BUT, I’m here to make sure you’re set up with the right habits and plan to make those results happen. And I’m not just a plan creator. I’m your accountability partner to pick you up so you keep pushing!
I have dietary restrictions (vegetarian, vegan, allergies), or I don't want to completely give up my favorite foods. How flexible is the nutrition coaching?
The nutrition coaching is designed to fit your needs. Dietary restrictions aren’t a problem. And neither is your love for dessert. Your nutrition plan is tailored to meet your needs, whether you’re gluten-free or have a major sweet tooth.
