ABOUT ME

Hi, I’m Ashley. I’ve spent the better part of the last decade dedicating my life to health + fitness, traveling, snuggling my three rescue pups, and building a home with my husband Chris. Through a culmination of my athletic past, dynamic lifestyle, and belief that staying active and eating a balanced meal should be a top priority, I finally mustered up the courage to ditch my corporate fitness manager position, and Fitness By Ashley was born.

I’m here to teach you how movement + nutrition can and should be part of YOUR EVERYDAY LIFE.

The fitness industry is flooded with information and it can be really intimidating and misleading. I believe education is such a huge part of working together with each and every client I interact with. Empowering all of my clients to feel confident that one day they will be able to do this on their own and still have great success. We will formulate an exercise program tailored to you so you can stop wasting your time doing a lil of this and lil of that and actually make some real progress. We are also going to head into the kitchen and figure out what needs to be done to see those results and keep them.

I strongly believe in empowering my clients with knowledge they can actually use + strategies they can put into place for the rest of their lives. Knowing how to safely exercise + build sustainable habits and relationships with food are just the foundations of our time together. Knowledge is power and with some help from me, you’ll crush it year after year in the gym and in the kitchen. I believe that a good gym routine and healthy eating habits are our tickets to a long + healthy life.
