Biscoff cookie Oat bake

If you’re anything like me- you just discovered the wonderful thing that is Biscoff cookie butter. I kept seeing if pop up in a client’s food log and I was like wth is this stuff? So I hit the store and grabbed some Biscoff Cookies and Biscoff Cookie Butter and got to baking.

Biscoff Cookie Oat Bake 🔥🔥


MACROS for 4 servings : 

401 CALS 

9.2 G FAT 

42.2 G CARB

35.8 G PROTEIN 

*macros may differ based on the ingredients used 


Ingredients: 

2 cups oats ( pulsed in blender) 

4 cups almond milk or liquid of choice 

4 tbsp PB2 powder

2 tbsp Biscoff cookie butter 

2 Biscoff Cookies (pulsed in blender)

1 tsp baking powder

1 tbsp cinnamon


Instructions: 

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees 

  • Blend together all dry ingredients and 1 biscoff cookie

  • Mix in almond milk and stir until well combined ( you should have a cake-like consistency now) 

  • Spray a 9 x 11 Pyrex dish 

  • Pour Contents into the dish 

  • Pulse the remaining cookie and sprinkle it on top

  • Bake for 30-35 mins ( stick a fork in the middle when little to no batter comes out she’s done)

  • Melt the Biscoff butter for about 45 seconds- 1 min and drizzle on top

  • Enjoy warm, store in the fridge all week long for an easy breakfast or pre/post workout meal! 

Hitting your macros and enjoying food that tastes good shouldn’t be super complicated.

I suggest creating a list of 4-5 go-to’s that you can cycle through when starting out.

The more time you spend in the kitchen the more you can expand on this and get more creative, or not =)
