Easy Protein Pasta Salad

Heading to 100 BBQ’s this season?? This dish does not disappoint and it will help keep you full and satisfied all party long! You only need a handful of ingredients and about 10 minutes to whip this dish up. Bring it to parties, make it for meal prep either way I’ve got you covered!

Protein Pesto Pasta Salad 🔥🔥

MACROS: 423 CALS 

20 G FAT 

39 G CARB 

25 G PROTEIN 

*makes 8 servings 

Ingredients: 

1 box Banza pasta ( I like the Cavatappi) 

1 block of Mozzarella cheese 

.5 cup pesto sauce 

12 mini bell peppers 

1 medium purple onion 

2 cups grape tomatoes 

2 tbsp minced garlic 


Instructions: 

  1. Cook the pasta according to the package directions

  2. Chop up all ingredients 

  3. Combine in a large bowl 

  4. Shake/stir well 

  5. Store in the fridge for up to a week
