Chicken Sausage and peppers
No time to cook or meal prep??
No problem, this meal takes 5 mins to prep. Pop it in the oven, tell siri to set a timer and have delicious meals all week long. Eating healthy and reaching your goals doesn’t get much easier than this my friend!

My go-to 1 pan meal 🔥🔥
Serves 4
391 cals per serving
18 g fat 37 g carb 23 g protein
( macros will vary slightly based on ingredients used)
Ingredients :
1 lb Butcher Box Italian chicken sausage ( can double this if you need higher protein)
1 bag of small potatoes of choice
1 yellow onion
3-5 bell peppers ( I like a lot of veg- adjust accordingly)
Instructions:
Pre heat your oven to 375
Chop all ingredients
Toss in Olive oil, S + P, italian seasoning, garlic powder
Grease the bottom of the pan ( I use spray oil) and pour it into the pan
Bake for 30 ish mins ( all ovens are different so take a peak and see)
