Butterfinger Baked Overnight oats

**Macros will depend on toppings added and serving size

Makes 4 Servings

Ingredients :

  1. 2 cups milk or liquid of choice

  2. 2 cups oatmeal

  3. 4 scoops of Ghost Peanut Butter Cereal Milk Whey ( can also use vanilla and add pb2 powder)

  4. 1 tbsp cocoa powder

  5. 3 servings of butter finger bites

  6. 1 tsp baking powder

Instructions:

  1. Pulse oats to make oat flour

  2. Combine all dry ingredients together in a large bowl and mix well (save half of the butterfinger for the end)

  3. Preheat oven to 350 degrees

  4. Add in liquid of choice to mixture and stir well

  5. Spray your 9 x 11 baking pan

  6. Pour the liquid mixture into pan

  7. Top with remaining butterfinger candies

  8. Bake in oven for about 25-30 mins ( i like to keep mine a little soft since I reheat it later on in the week in the microwave- adjust according to preference)

  9. Divide into four heavenly large pieces and enjoy- warm, cold, heat it up in microwave and top with some whip cream. Endless possibilities, great for breakfast or as a pre/post-workout meal.
