Chocolate Chip Skillet Cookie

This one is for all my sweet tooth, chocolate-loving, gym rats.

Jam-packed with protein, fiber and under 400 calories for the whole thing ! 🔥🔥

393 calories

10 g fat 41g carb 35 g protein

( macros will vary slightly based on ingredients used)

Ingredients :

  • 1 tablespoon Enjoy Chocolate Chips

  • 1/2 cup oats- pulsed in blender to make oat flour

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1 tsp baking powder

  • 1/2 cup milk or liquid of choice - I use Fairlife milk

Instructions:

  1. Blend oats in a blender

  2. Mix together all dry ingredients. Leave half of the chocolate chips for the top!

  3. Spray ramekin with cooking spray

  4. Slowly add milk to mixture and stir completely

  5. Pour ingredients into your ramekin and top with remaining chocolate chips

  6. Bake on 350 for about 15 mins- everyone’s ovens/toasters are different so set a timer for ten mins and check it by poking it with a knife to get desired gooeyness =) you can also pop it into the air fryer for about 10 mins

  7. Enjoy
