Pumpkin Protein Waffles
🎃 Pumpkin Protein Waffles 🎃
2 cups of Kodiak Cakes Power Cakes or Aunt Maple's Protein Pancake mix (ALDI version)
10 oz liquid of choice ( I've used Soy with Protein, Fairlife etc)
260 g Pumpkin Pie Filling
4 g Brown Sugar ( I used Truvia)
3 servings of egg whites or 9 tbsp
This one is super easy to bang out for meal prep for the week (pop these suckers in the toaster for a few, drizzle with syrup....boom).
Blend all ingredients together and pour into your waffle maker 🧇 and that's it. I usually prep these a few weeks out of every fall season. Quick, easy, something to mix up my overnight oats with, and lets me get in some extra pumpkin.
