BLueberry Cheesecake Overnight Oats
Never let your breakfast have under 10g of protein again! I can’t stop eating this recipe, as I write this I have been eating this for 3 weeks straight. Work has been busy in the AM so I don’t have time to make eggs typically until lunch time so this has been my go too. Keeps me full for a few hours and takes 5 mins to consume. Makes: 1 cake
Ingredients
1/2 cup oats
1/2 cup pasteurized egg whites
2 tbsp sugar-free Jello cheesecake mix (purchase on Amazon or sometimes Stop n Shop has it)
1/2 cup berries of choice
Instructions:
mix together oats + egg whites ( can double the egg whites + oats for more protein/ bigger serving)
stir in the cheesecake mix
top with fruit
cover and pop in the fridge
eat cold next am or if you have time you can bake them or stick them in the air fryer for a warmer take
