BLueberry Cheesecake Overnight Oats

Never let your breakfast have under 10g of protein again! I can’t stop eating this recipe, as I write this I have been eating this for 3 weeks straight. Work has been busy in the AM so I don’t have time to make eggs typically until lunch time so this has been my go too. Keeps me full for a few hours and takes 5 mins to consume. Makes: 1 cake

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup oats

  • 1/2 cup pasteurized egg whites

  • 2 tbsp sugar-free Jello cheesecake mix (purchase on Amazon or sometimes Stop n Shop has it)

  • 1/2 cup berries of choice

Instructions:

  • mix together oats + egg whites ( can double the egg whites + oats for more protein/ bigger serving)

  • stir in the cheesecake mix

  • top with fruit

  • cover and pop in the fridge

  • eat cold next am or if you have time you can bake them or stick them in the air fryer for a warmer take
