Banana Peanut Butter Protein Cake

I don’t know about you but I am a big fan of having my cake and eating it too, aka eating dessert all the time without it affecting my gains. I am a huge advocate for eating the damn food and also getting the results you want. I also most importantly like to put good quality ingredients into my body because I feel my best and my performance is at its best when I am well fed. I spend huge amounts of my free time coming up with recipes that incorporate the whole foods I like to eat into something that also checks off my sweet tooth. And something I think we can all agree on, getting in enough protein is the struggle, not the carbs or the fat ( that part is easy). So without further ado I bring to you this delicious “cake” filled with 42 g of protein that I eat 2-3x a week. It takes 5 mins, its filling and it tastes great.
