BBQ (or plain) Pulled Chicken in the Instapot

Cook time: 20 ish mins

Makes: about 5 meals

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs chicken breast from Butcher Box

  • 1 cup chicken broth

  • 1 cup BBQ sauce of choice

  • 1 tsp: onion, garlic, chili powder, salt + pepper

Instructions:

  • turn on pressure cooker- I pick my chicken setting leave the lid off and spray or coat the bottom with some olive oil

  • add in the chicken broth and 1/2 cup of BBQ sauce ( save the rest for after)

  • mix together all your herbs and pour them into the pressure cooker

  • mix well and close the lid-make sure the steam hole is closed

  • when the chicken setting finishes on your instpot naturally let the steam out- this takes about 10 mins

  • uncover the chick- can drain out any extra fluid of leave it for flavor and combine remaining sauce

  • if looking to make this plain just omit the BBQ sauce and follow same recipe
