Pumpkin PIe Overnight Oats
Prep time: 5 mins
Makes: 4 servings
Ingredients
160 g Rolled Oats
1 can Pumpkin
1.5 cups egg whites
4 scoops Protein of choice ( I use Legion Athletics: use code Ashley R to save 20% and gain double legion points)
1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp pumpkin pie seasoning
4 tbsp chia seeds
2 graham cracker sheets ( for topping)
Instructions:
Add together all your dry ingredients and mix
Add all wet ingredients and mix until combined well
evenly distribute into 4 mason jars and pop in the fridge until ready to eat
Top with your graham cracker or Kodiak cake Bear bites for a little extra treat
Macros: 442 calories 8 g fat 52 grams carbs 41 g protein per serving
