Pumpkin PIe Overnight Oats

Prep time: 5 mins

Makes: 4 servings

Ingredients

  • 160 g Rolled Oats

  • 1 can Pumpkin

  • 1.5 cups egg whites

  • 4 scoops Protein of choice ( I use Legion Athletics: use code Ashley R to save 20% and gain double legion points)

  • 1 tbsp honey

  • 1 tbsp pumpkin pie seasoning

  • 4 tbsp chia seeds

  • 2 graham cracker sheets ( for topping)

Instructions:

  • Add together all your dry ingredients and mix

  • Add all wet ingredients and mix until combined well

  • evenly distribute into 4 mason jars and pop in the fridge until ready to eat

  • Top with your graham cracker or Kodiak cake Bear bites for a little extra treat

  • Macros: 442 calories 8 g fat 52 grams carbs 41 g protein per serving
