Brown Sugar Acorn Squash

Makes: 4 servings

Ingredients

  • 2 acorn squash

  • 2 tbsp brown sugar or truvia

  • 1 tbsp cinnamon

  • 30 g of butter

Instructions:

  • Cut the acorn squash is half be careful these suckers are tough to cut

  • mix together cinnamon, sugar and melted butter in a bowl

  • evenly distribute across all four halves

  • roast on 400 degrees for about 40 mins
