Low Calorie Apple Doughnuts

Makes: 5 servings
Ingredients
1 apple
2 tbsp brown sugar or truvia
1 tbsp cinnamon
100 g greek yogurt
40 g oat flour (blend regular oats)
1 egg
1/2 tsp baking powder
Maple Syrup of Choice ( I used sugar free)
Instructions:
Dice Apple and cook on pan with about 2 tbsp or so of maple syrup and cinnamon
cook for about 5 mins until soft
Mix together yogurt, baking powder, egg, oat flour
spray bottom of doughnut pan ( I use these )
pour half the mixture across all doughnuts fill the center with apple mixture from earlier.
Add remaining mixture to a ziploc bag or pastry bag and cover the apples
bake at 350 for about 12-15 mins
pop out of mold and roll in cinnamon and sugar!
