Pumpkin Cream Cheese Baked Oats

Your breakfast will never be the same ever again. Once I started messing around with baked overnight oats I couldn’t stop. It’s the perfect way to warm things up for the winter.



Makes: 4 servings

Macros:


485 cals
14g fat
50g carb
42 g protein


Ingredients:
2 cups oats blended
2 cups milk
4 scoops vanilla protein powder
1 can pumpkin purée
1 tbsp cinnamon
1 tbsp pumpkin pie seasoning
1/2 package 1/3 fat cream cheese melted

Instructions:
Mix all wet ingredients together
Spray bottom of 9 x 11 pan
Add half the batter in
Pour cream cheese down middle and swirl
Add remaining batter and cream cheese layer on top
Bake on 350 for about 35 mins

Enjoy cold or warm ❤️
