3 easy steps to making a healthy meal

You don’t have to fall off track every time life gets too hectic. This easy 3 step process will help keep you on track no matter what life throws your way. Use it at home, when eating out, and virtually anywhere you go!

It will keep your meals balanced and you full and satisfied.

This simple 3 step process will come in hand for the rest of your life. If you regularly track your macros or want to learn more about tracking your macros I still encourage clients to understand the how behind building a meal as well as have several back up plans for when life gets well lifey.

No matter what life throws your way remember the basics. When you are building a meal do your best to include protein, carbs, and a vegetable. While the goal is to eat like this most of the time, make no mistake perfection is not the name of the game. These are simply easy guidelines that make nutrition simple because after all simple is something we can do forever.
