High protein soup on repeat all winter long, say less.

High protein Italian Wedding Soup 🔥🔥

MACROS: 366 CALS 

13 G FAT 

42 G CARB 

23 G PROTEIN 

*makes 8 servings , macros will vary depending on ingredients used

Ingredients: 

8 cups chicken stock 

1-2 cups water 

1/2 white onion

3 stalks celery 

3-4 carrots (I love veg so I use extra) 

1 bag spinach 

1 tsp: salt,pepper, Italian seasoning 

1 box protein pasta (I used Barilla protein pasta, or pasta of choice) 

3 tbsp minced garlic  

Meatball recipe - make into 1” mini meatballs


Instructions: 

  1. Sauté veg in 2 tbsp olive oil (leave spinach until end)

  2. Add chicken stock and water 

  3. Bring to a boil 

  4. Add in meatballs

  5. Cook pasta and keep to side 

  6. Reduce to simmer on low for 3 mins with spinach top with some fresh parmesan cheese and enjoy!

  7. Pro tip only add pasta as you make a serving to keep from becoming mushy-also easier to measure out this way!
