5 min Breakfast Ideas
Quick, filling delicious breakfast recipes…say less. I got you.
1. Pancake Bowl 🔥🔥
Ingredients:
1 serving Kodiak cake pancake mix with milk ( follow instructions on the box)
1 serving of frozen berries
Dollop of Greek yogurt
Instructions:
Microwave kodiak cake mix and milk for about 1 min set aside
Microwave 1 serving of frozen berries for 1 min
Pour berries over the pancake mix and top with a dollop of greek yogurt for an extra boost of protein

2.Quiche ( mix and match veggie and cheese options to keep it interesting week after week)
Ingredients:
12 eggs
1 cup egg whites
1 jalapeno
2 cups chopped peppers
1/2 white onion chopped
4 servings of cheese of choice ( we use low fat cheddar)
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Sauté jalapeno, peppers, and onions in cooking spray or oil of choice
In separate bowl mix together your eggs and egg whites ( for higher protein and lower fat you can swap around the egg whites and eggs to fit your goals)
Preheat oven to 350
Add veggies and eggs to a round baking dish and sprinkle with cheese on top
Cook for about 20-25 mins
***Macros will vary depending on egg ratio and cheese used
Protip- I reheat in the air fryer when I am ready to eat this and it comes out a little crispy and delicious
3. Protein Latte + a carb source
Legion salted Carmel or Chocolate hazelnut protein with ½ cup Fairlife milk
(ps. fairlife milk goes through a particular filtration process and it has higher protein and less sugar)
Pour over your favorite hot coffee
Pair with your favorite carb :)

Dave’s killer bread, bagel etc.
Fruit
Oatmeal
English Muffin
4. My new overnight oats obsession
Ingredients:
½ cup oats
1 scoop of legion salted Carmel
1 cup fairlife milk
1 serving of pb2 powder
1 serving of dark chocolate chips
Instructions:
Combine all dry ingredients
Microwave or cook on stove top for 90 secs
Top with chocolate chips
