Mixed berry Protein Cake

These easy-to-make cakes check all those boxes. Made with whole ingredients and jam-packed with protein to help you recover quickly, build muscle and get right back to it.

Recipe Makes 1 Serving

Macros: about 300 calories 4 g fat 29 g carb 41 g protein

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 servings of unflavored or Vanilla protein powder

  • 1 cup fresh berries of choice

  • 1/4 tsp baking powder

  • 1/2 cup liquid of choice- I use Fairlife 2%

Instructions:

  1. In a microwaveable safe dish mix protein powder, backing powder and liquid

  2. Clean and wash your berries- chop anything large up into smaller pieces

  3. Mix half of the berries into the batter

  4. Microwave on medium for 1:30-2 mins

  5. Top with remaining berries and sprinkle with powdered sugar

  6. Enjoy!
