Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein Cake

My go-to late-night snack or post-workout treat on repeat.

Recipe Makes 1 Serving

Macros: about 368 calories 10 g fat 44 g carb 28 g protein

Ingredients:

  • 1 servings of vanilla or chocolate peanut butter Protein- I use legion code Ashleyr saves you money and gets you points =)

  • 1 mashed banana

  • 1 tbsp of pb 2 powder

  • 1 serving of peanut butter of choice

  • 1/4 tsp baking powder

  • 1 serving dark chocolate chips

Instructions:

  1. In a microwaveable safe dish/ bowl mash your banana

  2. Mix in all your dry ingredients and 1/2 serving of chocolate chips

  3. Top batter with remaining chocolate chips

  4. Microwave on medium for 1:30-2 mins

  5. Microwave peanut butter for 30 seconds

  6. Drizzle on top of cake and eat immediately

  7. Enjoy!
