This monster of a meal is one you definitely do not want to miss.

Jam-packed with protein and fiber! 🔥🔥

26 g fat 57 g carb 48 g protein

( macros will vary slightly based on ingredients used)

Ingredients :

  • Jasmine rice or rice of choice ( you want two cooked cups)

  • 1 can black beans

  • 1 yellow onion /purple

  • 1 packet taco seasoning

  • minced garlic

  • 1 packet sazon

  • 1/4 cup tomato sauce

  • 1 package josepsh’s Lavash

  • Taco cheese of choice

Instructions:

  1. Cook meat with taco seasoning of choice

  2. While meat is cooking in a small sauce pot combine 2 tbsp minced garlic, half of a onion chopped, sauce and 1 pack of sazon per can of beans bring to a simmer

  3. Add beans to a small sauce pot and heat on low

  4. Lay out your lavash bread, fill the middle with 4 oz ground beef, 1/2 cup rice, 1/2 cup beans and cheese of choice

  5. Fold like a burrito - pinch each short end in and fold both longer ends ontop of one another

  6. Toast in air fryer or on stove top for about 1 min per side

  7. Top with greek yogurt (my sour cream sub), fresh guacamole or your favorite salsa
