Salted Caramel Apple oat bake

Apple 🍎 season is in full swing here in the Hudson Valley, meaning this lovely lady is back in rotation for breakfast.

Salted Caramel Apple Oat Bake πŸ”₯πŸ”₯


MACROS for 4 servings : 

372 CALS 

5.5 G FAT 

50 G CARB

34 G PROTEIN 

*macros may differ based on the ingredients used 


Ingredients: 

2 cups oats ( pulsed in blender) 

2 cups milk ( I used fair life for extra protein )

4 servings of Legion Salted Caramel- code AshleyR saves you 20% + double Legion points 

400 g Honey Crisp apple

1 tbsp baking powder

1 tbsp cinnamon


Instructions: 

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees 

  • Blend together all dry ingredients

  • Mix in milk and stir until well combined ( you should have a cake-like consistency now) 

  • add in 3/4 of chopped apple

  • Spray a 9 x 11 Pyrex dish 

  • Pour Contents into the dish 

  • top with remaining apple and cinnamon to liking

  • Bake for 30-35 mins ( stick a fork in the middle when little to no batter comes out she’s done)

  • Enjoy warm, store in the fridge all week long for an easy breakfast or pre/post workout meal!
