Meet Ashley

A pizza-loving, diet Coke drinker, coffee fanatic, sunset chasing, snowboarding, powerlifting, tattoo-loving momma to her baby boy and 3 rescue pups.

Ashley grew up a tom-boy playing all the sports until the day she graduated high school.

In college, things shifted into a more creative outlet for her where she went on to get her BFA in Sculpture and Psychology.

Through life’s many ups and downs, she reconnected with fitness, abandoned her college career, and went on to develop her skills as a coach.

In 2020, she decided to bet on herself. Left her long-term coaching and management positions in the dust and created Fitness by Ashley.
