Meet Ashley

Ashley has spent the better part of her life involved in sports and the gym.

She followed her passion and became a personal trainer 10 years ago in the commercial gym space and has never looked back.

After transitioning from her full time career she started Fitness By Ashley because she believes that everyone should have the knowledge and confidence to lift weights all throughout life.

She also feels very strongly about helping you be more active outside of the gym. Everyone can and should lead an active, healthy life; she is here to help you do that.

Ashley has been featured in Women’s Health Magazine and has spoken at organizations and communities like Ameriprise Financial.

Whether you have 15 minutes a day or 3 hours a week — results are possible
