Chipotle Aioli Salmon Burger

This month we decided to give the Salmon Patties a try- something I had personally never had but figured it would be some nice variety to add into the week. They also come individually wrapped which I love so only defrost exactly what you need so nothing goes to waste.

Chipotle Aioli Salmon Burger

Ingredients

Salmon Patties from Butcher Box

Brioche Buns - ALDI or any local grocery store

Burger Fixings- Tomato, Lettuce, Avocado etc

Aioli Sauce :

  • 1/4 cup (56g) mayonnaise

  • 1 clove garlic pressed

  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice

  • 1/8 teaspoon chipotle powder

  • 1/8 teaspoon salt

  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  • make aioli set aside

  • grill your butcher box salmon patty on cast iron pan or bbq

  • toast bun in garlic and butter in a separate pan

  • coat bun with sauce then add patty and burger toppings

  • ENJOY
