Meet Michele! We’ve been working together for almost 3 years, she came to me as a runner who wanted to implement strength training. I was super excited to start working together as I am a big advocate for strength training for runners .

Michele has not only improved her strength greatly, but she has completed multiple half marathons ( in which she has set personal records every time) she recently just completed her first full marathon about two weeks ago. She totally crushed it, and she even invited me to be apart of it and run some miles with her. I’m so grateful I got to be apart of her special day.

Our time together has looked a little like this

  • discussing nutrition

  • exchanging new recipes back and forth

  • building a consistent relationship with food +alcohol, as well as balancing marathon +strength training

Michele and I work together two times a week now switching gears to focus on strength during her off season. I am particularly excited because we all know I love me some strength work.

A big part of what I do with clients is take the time to learn about their lives, their hobbies + interests inside and outside of the gym. That information really helps build a truly individualized experience for the client. All I ask i return, you do your best and put in the work. Nothing comes without dedication, commitment and consistency
