CLIENT SHOUT OUT

First off Kate is a badass, we only worked together for a short time, but Kate made some huge lifestyle changes in that time frame.

She wanted to learn how to fuel her body effectively, get more sleep + kick ass in the gym. A little background, she is a full time police officer who works overnights. If you’ve ever had to work an overnight shift, you know the struggle. Sleeping when it’s sunny out, eating your meals when most people are sleeping, training after working 9+ hours and then trying to go right to bed.

Our time together was spent figuring out how she could fuel herself on the go, broaden her horizons in the land of veggies, get some more damn sleep, and begin prioritizing what is important for her overall wellbeing.

A big part of what I do with clients in Nutrition Coaching is taking the time to learn your routine, what you like and don’t like, old habits you may be trying to kick and why they keep happening. All of this takes time, hard work and consistency. Your nutrition + exercise go hand in hand, there are no short cuts, magic cleanses. That shit is a bandaid and no way to live your life.  I work with my clients 1:1 and give them the power to create new, sustainable habits for their day to day lives. This isn't some quick fix diet and it never will be, but instead — lifelong tools that will help you live a long healthy life.
